Role: Executive Event Producer

Served as Executive Producer for a luxury car show, overseeing all facets of production including entertainment, permitting, client and government relations, F&B, sponsorships, and overall logistics.

Responsible for developing overall site plan, logistics of guest path of travel, and style of private dinners and events during the event as a whole.

Worked with local authorities on permitting public roads to host an invite-only drive of classic cars and using public parking lots for load in and out logistics.
