Hosting an event or experience in mexico

is not a feat for a first time producer. Knowing the culture, the ways of working, and the people to ask when it’s crunch time is crucialand takes someone to help connect those dots for you.

Hi. That’s where I come in.

culture Consulting

Producing an event in Mexico is a very different experience than producing one in the United States or other countries. The local work culture and processes can feel unfamiliar—and sometimes challenging—especially for first-time clients. Language differences alone can create challenges for many clients when striving to produce their best work.

I equip you with the knowledge and preparation needed from the very start of the planning process. By navigating local work styles and aligning them with your own, I help create a smoother, more efficient experience and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.

Event PRODUCTION

While Mexico has many talented local producers, I offer my services as a trusted Producer working on behalf of your brand or agency to bring your event to life here. With experience producing events around the world, I step in as an extension of your team—supporting you through pre-production and on-site execution, creating clear run-of-show schedules, advancing credentials, sourcing reliable vendors, providing transparent quotes, and coordinating all event logistics.

My strengths lie in logistics and operations, vendor relationships, sponsor management, and overall event management. My goal is to make the process feel seamless and supported, so you can focus on the bigger picture while knowing every detail is handled with care.

vendors Resources

Finding trusted vendors in a new city can be one of the most challenging parts of producing an event—especially in a place that may be unfamiliar to you. Because my professional background began in the U.S., I have a deep understanding of the standards that clients and brands expect. For that reason, I partner only with vendors I trust to consistently meet those expectations.

Many of the vendors I work with are teams I’ve collaborated with on-site and whose work style, reliability, and quality I know firsthand. Others come highly recommended by producers I trust. I also continually grow my network by connecting with new vendors, ensuring I have a strong and evolving roster of reliable partners to best support my clients and their events.
