Served as Site Director for a music festival, overseeing the planning and on-site execution of all site operations to ensure the event was built, operated, and decommissioned safely and efficiently. Coordinated closely with production teams, vendors, artists, security, and venue stakeholders to manage site infrastructure, load-in and load-out schedules, and daily operations. Led logistics, communication, and on-site problem-solving efforts to ensure smooth execution and a seamless experience for artists, partners, and attendees.
