Manage sponsorship relationships from sale through on-site execution, ensuring a seamless experience for each partner.

Develop and maintain an advance system to accurately capture and coordinate sponsorship build requirements, including power, heavy equipment, and audio needs.

Review all activation builds for proper placement within the event footprint and create detailed logistical build plans for each sponsor, while leading on-site load-in and load-out for every client.

Sponsors include Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Porsche, McLaren, Lexus, Lamborghini, Gordon Murray, Rivian, Chevrolet, and more notable names.
