Role: Lead Local Producer

• Served as local consultant for Spotify events, managing coordination with vendors, providers, staffing teams, and operational logistics.

• Additionally scoped as lead event producer overseeing budgeting, vendor relations, contracting, staffing, production schedules, run of show, and on-site execution from planning through completion.

• Local vendors contracted include fabrication, florals, brand ambassadors, brand ambassador uniforms and branded event accents, barware, staff, speciality vendors like chocolatier with branded boxes and custom woven rope structures.

• Work with artist team to develop green room spaces, advance backline, and create security plans specifically for artist movements.

• Attended site visits and liaisons directly with the venue to do menu tastings, site visits for general logistics and measurements, and host other vendors at the space prior to the event.
