• Direct multi-venue operations across six stadiums in the Western and Central United States for the FIFA World Cup

• Oversee and mentor six venue managers and coordinated teams of four production coordinators per site

• Collaborate with talent buyers to curate premium VIP Hospitality Lounge programming, including live entertainment, celebrity appearances, and musical performances

• Ensure seamless execution of event production, guest experience, and talent logistics across all locations
